Delete your account

Verify your email below and your EarthNotes account will be deleted immediately. No email exchange, no waiting period.

What gets deleted

Your profile, name, email, phone, and avatar are scrubbed from the user record.
All active sign-ins (every device) are revoked. Apple / Google sign-in links are disconnected.
Your username is released and becomes available for someone else to claim (or for you to use on a future sign-up).
You can no longer log in with this account.

What's retained

Markers, conversations, and files you shared with your team are preserved on your teammates' maps — they own that content. Your name on those will read "Deleted user".
Anonymized log records, retained for security/abuse purposes for up to 90 days.
Records required for legal/tax compliance, where applicable.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. If you only want to leave a team or stop notifications, you can do that from inside the app without deleting your account.
